Can't say enough good things about this company!! First time ordering Christmas tree seedlings from Brook's and I'm happy to say we found a nursery to stick with!! They shipped them from Oregon to Delaware, which took about 4-5 days, and when I opened up the box, they were all adequately moist. And the 3-1 transplants are amazingly large!! We are so impressed!! They're all doing great!! You definitely have a repeat customer..... Thanks again!! John

Wonderful plants at a very reasonable price, but my goodness, what a bad experience dealing with Kathy LeCompte at the front desk when I didn’t introduce myself with my full name. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. If I overheard any employee at my business treat a customer like that, they would be fired on the spot. You’ve got to question any business that would allow someone like that in a public-facing position. The sense of impunity and entitlement she displayed in her rude behavior were unusual and even mysterious, unless she felt confident there could never be any consequences to her. Perhaps she is a relation of the owner who cannot be fired or disciplined? Any one of the prompt and friendly field staff who helped me load my order would be a better fit in her position.
